All ebooks, guides, and digital products available in our library are delivered electronically as PDF downloads through Gumroad, our payment processor.
Refund Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window on every ebook and digital product we sell. If within 30 days of your purchase you decide the product isn’t what you needed, you are entitled to a full refund. No detailed explanation required.
We stand behind our content. If our material doesn’t deliver value to you, you shouldn’t pay for it. The 30-day window gives you enough time to read, apply, and judge for yourself.
How to Request a Refund
You have two options to request a refund:
Option 1: Through Gumroad directly
- Log in to your Gumroad account at gumroad.com
- Navigate to “Library” and find your Eden Apple purchase
- Click the purchase, then click “Refund this purchase”
- Confirm your request

Option 2: Contact us
If you have any difficulty with Gumroad’s refund process, contact us through the support email provided in your purchase confirmation. We will process the refund on your behalf.
Eligibility
The 30-day refund applies to:
- All paid ebooks purchased from Eden Apple via Gumroad
- All paid digital guides and bundles
The 30-day refund does not apply to:
- Free lead magnets and newsletter signups (no charge to refund)
- Newsletter subscriptions, which can be cancelled at any time without charge
Processing Time
Refunds are processed by Gumroad. The credit will typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
No Returns Required
Since all our products are digital, there is no need to return anything physically. The refund process is entirely administrative. You may keep the PDF files; we simply ask that you stop using them and refrain from sharing them with others.
Discreet Billing
Gumroad receipts list the seller name (Eden Apple or SeduceCleopatra) and the product title. Nothing on your statement or in your inbox mentions the specific content of the ebook beyond its title.
